Go to <strong>https:\/\/firmanavn.mydesk.dk.<\/strong> It is important to have administrative rights in order to be able to manage costcenters and catering. Without these rights, you will not be able to see the necessary settings.   <\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Find the administration panel<\/h2>\n<p>Once you are logged in, find the administration panel. Here you need to find and click on <strong>Lunch and Catering<\/strong> and then <strong>Admin<\/strong>. This will open up the settings related to food centers.  <\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: View existing costcenters<\/h2>\n<p>Under the <strong>Departments and managers<\/strong> tab you can see all the existing costcenters. Here you can get an overview of which diet centers have already been created and who is responsible for them. <\/p>\n<h2>Step 5: Create a new costcenter<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to create a new costcenter, click the three dots next to existing costcenters. This name will be visible to anyone who needs to order catering, so it&#8217;s important to choose a clear and descriptive name. <\/p>\n<h2>Step 7: Select a user for authentication<\/h2>\n<p>After entering the costcenter name, you need to select a user to approve the costs ordered for this costcenter. You can search for the user in the system by entering their name. Some companies do not use order approval.
