This is useful if you have specific requirements, such as the need for a projector or other technology. Here you can click on the images to get a visual presentation of what the meeting room looks like if it is available. This feature gives you an overview of where the meeting rooms are located in your location. This will update your Outlook meeting invitation to include the selected meeting room.
