You can do this by going to <strong>planner.mydesk.dk<\/strong>. Once on the page, find the meeting you would like to change.  <\/p>\n<p>You can find the meeting by browsing the dates on the calendar or by searching for the meeting. This is a quick way to access the meeting you want to update. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ac338f10-5b8c-49f1-b9d9-c952c478d796.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 501px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ac338f10-5b8c-49f1-b9d9-c952c478d796.png\" alt=\"Navigate to MyDesk Planner\" width=\"1278\" height=\"282\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Choose the right meeting<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have found the meeting, select it. Below I have selected a meeting that is a &#8220;Recurring meeting&#8221;. It looks a little different than a regular meeting, but it&#8217;s still easy to navigate.  <\/p>\n<p>For &#8220;Recurring meetings&#8221; you have the option to change the specific meeting or all meetings in the series.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/0d65a975-58c4-4b7f-a66f-e6efd4c0a5f3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 501px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/0d65a975-58c4-4b7f-a66f-e6efd4c0a5f3.png\" alt=\"Select the meeting from the calendar\" width=\"1278\" height=\"282\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Understand the catering options<\/h2>\n<p>When it comes to catering, there are some restrictions for recurring meetings. You can only book catering for the selected meeting in the series. This means that you cannot book catering across the entire series. If you have a meeting series that spans three months, this can lead to you booking too much catering that you may not need.   <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to keep this in mind when planning the catering for a meeting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/7758f24b-7113-40e5-b800-f8b4bf11a655.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 501px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/7758f24b-7113-40e5-b800-f8b4bf11a655.png\" alt=\"Understand the catering options\" width=\"1278\" height=\"282\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Update meeting catering<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have selected the right meeting, press the &#8220;Update Catering&#8221; button. This will open a window where you can enter the number of attendees, add a note to the canteen and select the desired meeting catering. <\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that in this case, only coffee is available on the selected date. This is because all other types of catering have a deadline where they must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/dac518fc-f000-4f0d-bafb-db309cf4b90e.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 501px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/dac518fc-f000-4f0d-bafb-db309cf4b90e.png\" alt=\"Update meeting catering\" width=\"1278\" height=\"282\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Step 5: Save the meeting catering<\/h2>\n<p>As soon as you have selected the desired food items, press &#8220;Update&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to remember that you don&#8217;t need to do anything more after this. You can simply close the window. It is sufficient to press &#8220;Close Windows&#8221;.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/adda3e62-4173-4666-8b58-5647b9a08218.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 501px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/adda3e62-4173-4666-8b58-5647b9a08218.png\" alt=\"Order catering\" width=\"1278\" height=\"282\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Step 6: Closing the meeting<\/h2>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to press &#8220;Update Meeting&#8221; or send a request. It&#8217;s enough to close the meeting.
