Here you will find an overview of the meetings scheduled in your organization. It&#8217;s important to choose the right day for the meeting to ensure you book the right catering.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 605px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/6ae60667-bd38-49fb-962d-3e34693fefd0.png\" alt=\"MyDesk Planner interface\" width=\"100%\" height=\"373\"><\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Find the meeting<\/h2>\n<p>Now that you have selected the right date, you need to find the specific meeting you want to book catering for. This can be done in two ways: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can navigate directly to the meeting room and find the meeting there.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you can search for your colleague who booked the meeting under &#8220;Other people&#8217;s calendar&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you have found the person&#8217;s calendar, you can view their meetings and open the meeting that is relevant to you.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 605px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/c5cff9f2-0327-4d6f-a613-d8ae0ba908b6.png\" alt=\"Find meeting in someone else's calendar\" width=\"100%\" height=\"373\"><\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Double-click on the meeting<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have found the meeting, double-click on it. This will open a window where you can view the details of the meeting. Here you can find all relevant information about the meeting, including time, attendee list and any notes.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 605px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mydesk.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/04e88510-becd-479e-85f6-cdc765ca7ddf.png\" alt=\"Meeting details in MyDesk\" width=\"100%\" height=\"373\"><\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Update or add meeting catering<\/h2>\n<p>Scroll down to the section called <strong>Update catering<\/strong>. Here you can choose what type of meeting catering you want to order for the meeting. Bone marking meeting catering can be booked no later than 24 hours before. Once you have made your selection, click <strong>Update<\/strong>.
