Why doesn’t the screen check guests out when the QR code on the guest card is scanned?

If the QR code is scanned but the guest is not checked out, or the E-ink screen does not reset, it could indicate an error in the system’s communication or in the check-out function itself. This may require a service restart or further investigation by the support team.
