Why can’t I see the full integration of MyDesk features in Outlook when I’m using minimum consent?

With minimum consent, you can log in and book rooms and catering services, but you cannot access this information via the Outlook add-in. The fully integrated experience requires full consent for MyDesk to save meetings to your calendar without reading your personal information.
