Why can’t I see my meeting rooms or meetings in MyDesk, even though I’m logged in?

MyDesk does not store your meetings. The data is retrieved from your Outlook and is only read in the context of you as the user. Therefore, MyDesk cannot see your meeting rooms, meetings, or other users, even if they log in to your MyDesk account. Everything occurs within the user’s context.
