What should I do if the guest cards do not register check-in, or do not update?

If the guest cards do not register check-in, or guest data does not appear on the cards, support should be contacted. The problem can be resolved by refreshing the cards, restarting the computers, or restarting the VisitorApp. According to a case, you should contact support if it is a persistent problem.
