What can I do if the fan in the E-ink device is noisy, or the ‘Remember me’ function is not working in Kiosk-mode?

If the fan is noisy or the ‘Remember me’ function is not working, a technician should be called to inspect the unit/software. Kiosk-mode should be permanently enabled to avoid these issues.
