How is billing upon delivery, including extra notes and delivery costs, activated?

Billing upon delivery must be activated as a setting. When delivery is selected, an extra note and delivery costs must be able to be added at the location level. This information must appear on the order in all applications and in analytics. Optionally, a product of the type ‘delivery’ can be automatically added to the order.
