1. Log in: Go to analytics.mydesk.dk. 2. Select Desk Booking: Find and select the module dedicated to desk booking. 3. Analyze and Optimize: Here you can dive into specific reports that show the actual utilization of your office spaces. You can view data across locations, departments, and time periods.
What can you use the review for?
- Identify peak loads: See when the office is most occupied and when there is available capacity.
- Space optimization: Adjust the number of available desks based on employees’ actual needs.
- Decision support: Use concrete data as a basis for any changes in your office layout or lease agreement.
