How do I ensure that my meeting catering isn’t deleted when I create it in Outlook?

To prevent your meeting catering from being deleted, you need to ensure that you send your meeting invitation in Outlook after you have created the catering. MyDesk can only link catering to an active meeting. If the meeting has already been sent, you do not need to click send again when creating/updating catering.
