Can a pre-registered guest be assigned a specific E-ink card, and will this card be reset upon arrival?

Yes, it is possible to pre-assign an E-ink card to a pre-registered guest. Once this is done, the card does not need to be reset, and the guest will not be assigned a new card upon check-in. It is also possible to unassign the card afterwards, for example, if the pre-registered date changes.
