Description

MyDesk Planner is a visual and flexible tool for planning and managing meetings and meeting catering.

Planner gives your receptionists and PAs a clear overview of the week’s meetings and the ability to easily move them between rooms – with automatic approval from the organizer. Meeting catering can be added and managed directly in the system.

After ordering, the MyDesk Onboarding team will handle the entire implementation

The agreement runs with a minimum 12-month commitment and includes free support during the entire period.

After purchase, you will receive data processing and SaaS agreements for approval, and we recommend payment via bank transfer. An invoice will be sent afterwards.
