Can all Q-Park parking garages and parking spaces be used with MyDesk?

Do employees pay for parking themselves?

Does the integration require special hardware?
No. Q-Park’s ANPR system handles access automatically based on license plate. Employees do not need physical cards or tickets.
How is the integration set up?
The MyDesk team takes care of everything. It requires an agreement with Q-Park and configuration of API keys in the MyDesk administration panel that we set up for you. We also handle the dialog with Q-Park.
