MyDesk is hosted by the cloud platform Azure, which is one of the most secure platforms in the world. We do not store information about employees or other confidential information. Login and security is handled by Azure, which ensures a safe and stable operation.

No user creation for employees
All users within the company’s domain automatically gains access to the platform, once the company is signed up. This means no user creation for the employee.
MyDesk is set up for Single-Sign-On so that the user only needs to log in once, which makes accessing the system quick and easy.
