Yes, your data is 100% yours. MyDesk is hosted by Microsoft Azure, which is one of the most secure platforms in the world. We do not store information about your employees or other classified information. Login and security is handled by Microsoft Azure.
Yes, we are always ready to help. During the on-boarding session we will help you get completely up and running and afterwards you can always contact us by phone or email and we will be ready to help with any problem.
No, we will do that for you. We’ll come out and draw your office so it looks clean in MyDesk. If you move your workplaces, we will also adapt the floor plan in MyDesk for you.
You don’t need to add and buy sensors when you choose MyDesk. Our sensors are an optional extra that you can choose if you want to further optimise your workplace.
Whether you choose the per-desk or per-location solution, you get access to all the features of MyDesk.
If you’d like to dig deeper into the data that MyDesk creates about your workplace, we can produce custom PowerBI reports for you.
