Integration with Outlook/Exchange

All E-Ink displays are delivered preconfigured and connected to your meeting rooms in Outlook and Exchange. All you need to do is mount them on the wall where they are to be used.

Wireless operation without cables

The displays require neither power nor network cables, as they operate wirelessly via their own WiFi. This makes installation simple and cost-effective.

Four different sizes

The displays are available in four different sizes. Contact us for more information about the available models.

Only one router required

To connect the displays, only a single router is needed, which typically covers an entire floor. The router is delivered preconfigured and operates on a separate network.

Customized design

The displays are produced in your colors and with your logo. They are made of bioplastic based on corn starch, making them both durable and fully biodegradable.

Digitize guest registration with E-Ink guest badges.

We eliminate the need and costs of printing with digital guest badges in your colors and logo, made from biodegradable plastic.

The guest’s name and company are automatically displayed on the badge 10 seconds after registration on the guest registration screen.

E-Ink guest badges with a thickness of only 5 mm.

Our digital guest badges have a battery life of up to 4 years, are only 5 mm thick, and can match the cost of printing. At the same time, they support your profile as a modern and digital company.

MyDesk guest badges are delivered preconfigured and ready to use – all you need to do is hand them out to your guests.

Easy check-in for guests

Upon arrival, guests register either via the guest screen or at the reception. Once registration is complete and the host is notified, the badge screen is automatically updated with the guest’s name and company.

Customized to your design

The guest badges are provided in your company colors and with your logo, made from biodegradable plastic.

Option to purchase or rent

The badges can either be purchased or rented as part of the MyDesk guest registration subscription. If rented, we handle replacement of defective badges and provide replacements in case of loss.

A battery change takes no more than 5 minutes and the monitor uses standard 2450 button cell batteries.

Yes, the monitors talk directly to Exchange Online, so we can avoid having them on your network by putting 5g on the router that connects the monitors to the network.

Yes and no. The monitors are wireless, meaning you don’t need to run power or network cables.

However, the screens must be connected to a special router that connects all screens, we help you calculate how many routers you need to set up, as it depends on your building mass.

The price of routers is in addition to the screen price and costs 6,500 DKK per router.

Yes, in addition to the price of the monitor, you will need at least one router that connects the monitors to the network, plus there is a license per location for the manufacturer of the monitors.

There are no extra costs for MyDesk, and for us it doesn’t matter if you have one or 500 screens, the price is the same.
